		<description>I am looking for copies of updates requirements.  How do I download a copy of the new requirement?

Second, I am looking for the regulatory body that has a statement on the requirement following after discharge care-how long is a caregiver required to stay with a patient following surgery?  If there is a statement where do I find it.</description>
